Firestone Complete Auto Care

I brought my car in to get the brake serviced. Unfortunately, the techs apparently struggle with BMWs because my brakes were better and more responsive before I had them serviced here. Afterwards, I had to push in the brake pedal 300% more than before I had them serviced here just to get the brakes to be responsive at all. And when brought to the attention of the tech, I was just told that this is totally normal. Then I called the dealership and found out it's because they screwed up and that this is a known issue when being serviced on by a technician that does not know what is necessary for a BMW. I'm going to take it into them again and have them fix their mistake and will update my review with the outcome. If they fail again to fix the problem then I will be forced to take it to the dealership and submit Firestone an invoice.

I would rate this place a zero however I can’t, I can up here to see what was going on with my car and got a 3,000 dollar estimate. I found out through another mechanic that most of the stuff on the paper i didn’t need done! This PLACE is charging women for stuff that they don’t need. This is very sad that men try to get over on women just to make some extra cash. Just know Aaron what you do in the dark will come to light, and will always come back 10x worst! Service: Brakes

My go to Firestone. Have had nothing but great experiences at this location. Unlike another location nearby with their toe and go 10 minutes service. This place actually do the alignment the right way. Watch them took my truck on multiple test drives and make adjustments until the technician himself was satisfied with the results.
