My car was rear ended. The shop was personable and did great work. They texted to let me know exactly where things were in the process. They even cleaned my car after repairs. Service: Body & Trim

Very unprofessional customer service. I scheduled an appointment literally a month ago and they called me 3 days prior and said they're overbooked and canceling my appointment. So I asked to reschedule and the guy was laughing and said they can't do anything about it WITHOUT SAYING SORRY. I said "Is this fair? Canceling a few days before after literally waiting for a month?" And the guy said "Yes. lol" WHAT KIND OF ANSWER IS THAT TO A CUSTOMER? I asked to reschedule, the guy put me on hold and HUNG UP ON ME. They are not calling me back nor answering my call. Looks like other people are having similar experiences. I think his name is Jon Delciello, what a nightmare. If my insurance company didn't connect me with this shop, I would NEVER recommend this place to any of my friends. Period. Horrible experience. Avoid this place.

The team at Gerber was excellent and it was a really professional job from start to finish. My Toyota was in pretty rough shape after a collision and Jonathan did a great job of helping to craft an estimate and work with my insurance. The team in the shop did a brilliant job on the repair and the car looks brand new. They even had the vehicle ready a few days earlier than anticipated. Thanks again to the whole Gerber crew!
