Amanda went above and beyond and helped me get an earlier appointment then initially available and she followed up to make sure came in. They constantly kept me up to date on what's happening and delivered the vehicle on time. Overall it was a great experience.

My car was recently damaged while parked and the other party thankfully left their insurance information and were deemed 100% liable. CARSTAR ARA Collision Seattle took great care of me. They helped to ensure that my vehicle repair process was as seamless as possible including dealing with the insurance and getting a rental car. In addition, I realized my car headlights were both not working the next day and they allowed me to bring my car in and quickly diagnosed the issue as both bulbs being burned out.
