He came at 9pm on a Saturday (after working all day), even though he had to be in Seattle to work the next day. This was for an automatic CVT transmission fluid fill. He found that my 2017 Subaru Impreza actually has two fill plugs, even though the Subaru dealership told me it was only on the driver side. I am extremely impressed with Niko, apologies if that is the incorrect spelling. The same day I put in a request he showed up, diagnosed the issue, and solved it quickly. He then not only fixed that but took it upon himself to go above and beyond by performing some other maintenance my car needed and fixed multiple small issues without requesting any additional cash. Contacted Auto Havyn late afternoon Saturday 12/22 for my parents Buick Enclave. I was hoping we could get on his schedule for the day after Christmas. He came within the hour, diagnosed the problem and made it a priority to be back in the morning to complete the repair. Came out mid morning with the parts and had the repair completed in a few hours.
