John is super helpful and detailed! Gerber Collision has recently taken over and has negatively impacted the service level I was accustomed to over the last 15 or so years. Unfortunately, I will not recommend them.
Just to counter some of the negative reviews. I have two cars repaired at South Hill Collision and I have been extremely satisfied with the results both times. I found the staff friendly, compentent and professional. They kept in contact with me as my vehicle(s) advanced through the process and the result was perfect. The "inspector" came out, looked at the car for 5 minutes and told us just under 6k for a 02 camry. Tried to get us on the hook for a whole new paintjob across the vehicle and parts that arent damaged. Didnt even have the courtesy to say hello or goodbye just said "im opening your door" and "can i get the keys". I've had better dealings with crackheads.
