I called ask for price quotes, few oil changes on my car. power steering, transmission oil, break, engine clean. Jolie ask for a car plate number I ask why, she wants to give me accurate price quotes. well after two hours later i drove by there and talk to in person. she said she was busy, then she said she will call me. its been 5-6 hours already and i have not heard one word from her. Parking lot was real bad to pull in and pull out. Staffs were not very friendly. of course i went to different auto shop. i own six cars. they are not going to earn my business and here is bad review for you. I am also posting at Yelp. of course bad review. Later owner responded on my review. Excuses ! excuses ! They can not even give me a simple quote on oil changes. I wonder how quality is their work ? High school part time student is even capable to figure that out! You as a owner! You want to order parts from NAPA. They took all the info down and if they never contact you! Because they were busy. H

Excellent customer service ever!! My car ac stopped working in the middle of summer in 90+ degree tempts. I called several repair shops, and none of them would even listen to my plead. I called Meridian Family Auto Repair and they were so nice to me and took in my car, Within 20 minutes, they had diagnosed the issue and fixed it in less than 2 hours. Now my ac works as new. I will take all my vehicles here. Car Pros Kia of Tacoma told me I had nothing wrong with my car and I didn't need to do a tune up or transmission service until 100k miles. I was at about 63k miles then. Now I am at about 64k miles. My car was running rough at startup, using oil, gas mileage was worsening. I also had a delayed shifting issue with the transmission. I brought my 2018 Sorento to William & Andrew at Meridian Family Auto and they did all I asked and more. Come to find out, my transmission fluid was nasty and black and had A LOT of METAL in it. Had I listened to Kia then I would've been buying at least a new transmission by the time I hit 100k miles. William also brought to my attention that there was a service notice issued in 2019 for my vehicle that fixes the delayed shifting. It's an ECU update (software) that only Kia can do.
