From my first interaction via phone all the way through picking up my vehicle staff was courteous and professional. Couple this with the price, quick turnaround and quality of work, why would anyone on South Hill go anywhere else. As Apex Auto was highly recommended to me, I highly recommend them to anyone who reads this review.

These guys are great! I’ve gone to many mechanics for many different problems. In pierce county there is no other I would take my cars to. They are always reasonable on price. And their work is great. They don’t try and up charge you for more than you really need. And they communicate well. Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

Charged me $490 for just a battery. Worst bang for the buck mechanic around. I'd look elsewhere or atleast call to see what other mechanics are charging. Edit: My car was dead. In order to go somewhere else I would've had to pay for a extra tow. I was told that labor was based on market value yet I was charged over $200 for just the labor. I don't know much about cars so I took it at face value at the time. But if you google labor costs to change a battery. $20-$90. That's 10x the low end and still more than 2x the high end. I was called and asked if the price was okay, but I didn't know market value and I had no other option as it was late, I had work the next day, and I would have to pay for another tow. The service was great. Particularly Aaron was very nice. Aaron deserves a raise! But that was not market price for labor at all. High end batteries can cost $200+ like I was charged. But your labor prices were insane. I've called 3 shops and all 3 thought charging over $200 for the l
