Amazing work! Brought my wife's Rav4 back to new after I hit a deer with it. Definitely a family business in the greatest sense of the definition. They take really good care of you.

Very unprofessional, brought truck in for body work after a collision. Requested a quote and after seeing what a ridiculous parts markup they have I opted to do some of the repairs myself. After going back and forth with the office personnel, and between her “forgetting” to email me quotes and leaving labor on segments that I told them not to do. I was told I have to get all repairs done by them or get out of their shop. Wasted weeks of my time and got no work done.
