The inspection report provided is very thorough and shows you a breakdown of what has been inspected, what needs immediate attention, and what will be required future service. Additionally, the work order details the cost of the work being done and the recommended future work. They were the model of professionalism and transparency throughout the process! I've been getting my car serviced at Meyers for a couple of years and I will never go anywhere else! Technicians are knowledgeable and personable. I never feel "sold" to, but their integrity, pricing, and communication are so good it's hard to say "no thanks" when they suggest service. I am having an issue with my car and noises it was making, so I called and Edward said to come in and he would check it out. I came in and he immediately checked my car and inspected it to figure out the issue. This was with no appointment and on the spot. That is amazing customer service and he was very helpful and professional. This was such a huge help to me and eased my worries . They just gained a new customer! Thank you so much!
