Outstanding customer service, will be back here for more parts!
I was getting an oil change. All employees treat me well. Always get a free 100 point inspection, vacuum, and car wash. My car is a Nissan so it's nice to get genuine Nissan parts. They always give me an estimate for repairs that I should have done sometime in the future, and the severity of those repairs, or treatments for ultimate care of my car. Prices are comparable to the region.
The repair guy we drove to Pasco to see didn't show up so it was a wasted trip from West Richland!
