Volkswagen Service

My husband and I were looking for a used 4runner to purchase! They had one in stock that we really wanted! Brian Martin sent us informational videos prior to us being able to view the car! Richard Smith was able to help us reserve the car until we were able to pick it up after the snow storm over this past weekend. Great service, excellent communication, positive attitude and all around could tell they genuinely wanted to help us and make sure we were happy with the purchase. When we test drove the car there were a couple things that needed to be looked into and Richard was able to get it looked at by the shop right away and take care of it on the spot. Highly recommend this place!

Not too happy with the service at the end. The person at the counter all they care about taking your money and not explaining anything on how they found the car before the service and at the end on what they did. All the person said this is how much it is $$.00. Not sure if I will return to this place again. If I wanted this kind of service I should it just gone to Jiffy Lube ????. I might just take my business over to the Toyota dealership who does a much better job when it comes to explaining to you what it has being done and how they found the car before the service.

Buying our car here was great. Probably the best car buying experience my husband and I had. Quick easy and just awesome. However the service department has been so so. Although the guys are nice the communication between customer and employee can improve. We would definitely buy a car from here again.
