No, they didn’t work on my car…… I brought it in for a tune-up and new spark plugs. We left the car and walked across the street for breakfast. A few minutes later I get a call from the receptionist. I hand the phone to my husband. They told my husband the oil gasket was leaking and needed replaced. They said it was now going to be twice as much as originally quoted. Understanding cars my husband questioned the high price to change out the gasket. They claimed they needed to add an extra hour for the procedure. He told them he didn’t want it done at this time and would do it himself. He asked them to do the work that we had discussed. When we got back we were confused because the car hadn’t even moved from where we originally parked it and they were already finished???. My husband could tell no one had even opened the hood. They were trying to up charge us before they even started. When we walked in the office we were informed they weren’t going to do any of the work. Seems to be a sca
Not going back! Don't go here! Lack of expertise and put my family in danger! We got some work done on our vehicle here, both services performed had faults. We will not be going back!! First, we took over vehicle in to get the tires rotated and then found out after that they put the tires on backwards. Our vehicle has direction specific tread. When they replaced the brakes, they didn't screw the bolts back on tight enough. This resulted in the bolt loosening and falling out while driving over 40 mph. The car made a crashing halt with a loud grinding noise coming from the front of the vehicle. After towing the car and further inspection, we found out that the top bolt came completely off causing the brake to fall off the disc and into the inside of the wheel. This caused a lot of damage to the inside of the wheel. Inspection of the opposite
