I recently purchased a used F-150 4x4 w/over 100k miles on it. Took it to TCT to give it a once over and address my concerns about the transfer case. They took it the very next morning. Larry did his assessment and let me know my transmission was good. No need for repair or maintenance. They could have easily talked me into a new transfer case. Instead they instructed me on the proper way to shift to 4 Lo. Apparently my concerns where due to operator error. Not only did they save me a ton of money. They renewed my faith in honest mechanics. I brought in my 05 Silverado LS with about 190k on it in for a rebuild. They had my truck for about a week, and offered some fine tunes to the drive line I had put in to get the truck lower. Helped the slight vibration I would get at riding height. A few days after I was driving it something went wrong. Made a call and they got me right back in, found the faulty part and fixed it. I got my truck back in a reasonable time with nothing but happy miles after they fixed the failure from the part manufacturer. As a small business owner I know parts can fail, but you have 2 choices as a business... address the problem and fix it or blame everyone in the world and leave your customer hanging. A true testament to a solid company with the quick fix, and great customer service in the process. Will bring my next transmission need to them for sure. Service: Transmission

100% would recommend. Not only did they get my truck working like brand new but the attention to detail is amazing. Matt, the gentleman at the front desk, very knowledgeable; if he was unsure he would immediately go ask Larry for clarification, did not feed me any nonsense answer. Open and honest about cost, kept me up to date if the price would change, and that business really holds themselves to a high standard. In the future I will ONLY be using them.
