I have had an intermittent electrical problem with a 2012 Chevy Sonic, that of course is difficult to get to happen when someone is trying to diagnose. We’re still not fixed, BUT today I called from a Northern California rest stop where it happened again. At 0730, he answered the phone, was able to graciously and kindly give me some guidance to at least resolve in the moment, and we’re back on the road. This just confirms our recent decision to switch auto shops to South Bay Automative, at the recommendation of several friends - THIS is truly awesome customer service! Now, if this would just happen with the car when someone is trying to fix it so they can see what’s going on!
