Roldan Tire Shop

0 STARS! This place is so unprofessional. My boyfriend took in brand newly finished and painted wheels($700 job) and brand new tires never mounted to have them mounted and balanced. He picked them up and they were scraped up, chipped paint all over all 4 wheels. Every wheel has damage to the face. They refused to compensate for the damage. My boyfriend left and I called after to try and speak to the manager who I think is the owner to try and resolve the issue. He immediately got defense and hung up in me. After calling back several times he finally answers and I asked him to please have a conversation not trying to argue and he cussed me out and said to stop calling. So unprofessional. Extremely disappointed. Examples attached.

I've been going to Roldan Tire Shop for 3 years now for all of my tires. Great people & so quick!

They have good prices and there's a willingness to help. But they will tell you what you want to hear if you call them to get you to the store but can't follow through with what they promised on the phone. Maybe a language barrier but maybe a game. I don't know but it happens here. They do have good prices.
