Unfortunately my experience here was the complete opposite of the rest. I had a 9:30am appointment yesterday to get my rear brakes done. Despite having an appointment it took an hour and a half to get my car into the shop. I was quoted $995 JUST for rear brakes, which left me dumbfounded. I had a coupon for a complete brake service, which was quickly shot down, and was then told they could drop it down to $550 if they ordered non-Ford parts. I was told that I'd get my car back by 2pm. That changed to them saying 4:30pm, then changed to needing it overnight and that it'd be ready by 9:30am this morning. That changed again when they ordered the wrong parts and kept my car until almost 1pm. My quote of $550 ended up actually being $655. Labor here is $140/hour, just a heads up. I will personally not recommend this place to anyone.

Oil drain plugs shouldn't require a breaker bar to remove them, but after taking my vehicle here my drain plug certainly needed that breaker bar. Otherwise I've been generally satisfied with their performance, and they're always polite and willing to help.

Pricing should be prominently listed on website. Instead they have a chat option but they want phone numbers and email addresses to even get pricing. Why? So I can get a ton of spammy content? Just list your prices and don’t hide it. It’s not difficult.
