Olympia Nissan Service Department

I’ve been having issues with my battery and it retaining its charge. I called Olympia Nissan and spoke with Hailey in the Service Department. She was very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. She was able to get my car inspected the same day and helped ease my frustrations with what was going on. The entire staff was pleasant to work with and my car left better than it was after dropping it off. 10/10 to Olympia Nissan! Thank you for your help! Service is always quick and staff professional; the floor has nice amenities available. I was charged $170 for a diagnostic fee that, I felt, was not openly transparent when I dropped off my vehicle for service. I would like the technicians be more diligent in discussing fees at the check-in process. Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto interior vacuuming, Auto maintenance

Had a radiator replaced and brake job at the same time. Most pleased with how soon they got me in and how fast they completed the work. They required just a fraction of the time quoted by others. Like that they have a courtesy ride service as well. Repairs were all completed as required in a professional manner without any complications or problems. They are in a word dependable.
