Nisqually Automotive & Towing

If I could give a ZERO I would. My insurance called them to tow my car to the shop. Was estimated they would arrive in 90-120 min after 2 1/2 hours my insurance contacts me to ask if they had arrived. They had not. Insurance company calls them to get a new ETA, they say an hour. Hour and a half later they call again stating they are 3-5 min away. 30 min later I call insurance to see if they are close. They then quote me 25 min. Over 30 min later I try calling the tow company and it went straight to voicemail. So call insurance again and they say 35 minutes. So I ask to talk to a representative. They call the company get ahold of them and they say that they were here 2 hours prior and that I wasn't answering my phone. My phone had been on my person all day with the ringer all the way up. My call log shows calls to my insurance company and auto shop. The only call to this company was when I called and was sent to voicemail. Do yourself a favor choose someone else. Nisqually Automotive & Towing is the business I depend on for routine maintenance of my pickup. They've also done a few repairs for me, as my truck has 175,000+ miles on it. They are courteous, quick, knowledgeable, and fair. Several of my neighbors recommended them to me a few years ago. Have used them twice for car towing and both times Michael, the tow operator, was great. He showed up early, is extremely friendly and professional, and works quickly. Having to get your vehicle towed is a bad day but these guys will help make it easier.
