The team at Mike's who worked with me to get my Ford Escape repaired is top notch! They had to defer to the Ford Dealership to work thru the replacement of the computer and some of the wiring...Ford told them they had to replace the engine, as the culprit was a coolant leak...known problem for this vehicle. Mike, the owner and Ken, the service manager said absolutely not...that the problems were resulting from the computer and wiring. They stayed with it until the vehicle operated perfectly. Ken who works at the front desk has excellent customer service skills. Explains things clearly and in "simple language" so I could understand the process. Ensured me and my family were going to updated on the progress and give us prompt updates. They also made sure we got a ride home and they got the driver there in a timely manner. The driver was professional, polite and drove safe! The company vehicle was clean and organized, no bad smells or trash. I gave 4 stars because I feel the could put in some mote attention into the appearance of the actual store. Make it more welcoming. Greet customers at the door and know why they are there and give the customers the names of people who are going to be working on the owners cars. This is my first impression review. The car is still waiting a "diagnosis" just dropped it off today and they took us home. So I am hoping they can effectively take care of the heating problem with the car and it doesn't break the bank. Thanks.

Mike's is a really great shop. The staff are friendly, honest, and thoughtful. They take the time to talk through an estimate with you and prioritize what needs to get done if you aren't able to do everything. I highly recommend Mike's to everyone I know and have even gotten some people to switch over to using them. They stand by their work and if anything goes wrong, will gladly take care of it. I especially appreciate Ken at the front desk and his patience! Stand out service top to bottom. I've been a customer for 4+ years and plan to be for many more.
