I went in knowing I needed a my battery replaced and they told me "no you're battery works great it's the alternator that's bad." So I make an appointment somewhere else to get it fix and shocker they tell me my alternator is fine and my battery does need replaced. So what did I learn? They don't know how to properly do their job properly.
Fixed my flat tire for free when Costco said it needed to be replaced. This is the second time Les Schwab has offered superior service to me. Thanks!!
Came for an alignment with aftermarket control arms on my 240sx and they delivered. Told the one employee how I wanted the numbers to look and never complained about the height of the car. The alignment rack was lowered car friendly.
