They were supposed to check my tire for punctures because it has been losing air pressure daily. They kept it for a few hours and said they didn't see any problems. The next day it was flat again. So I took the tire to a different tire shop. Twenty minutes later, the tire was repaired. They found a nail in the tire. What that tells me is that Les Schwab didn't bother to inspect the wheel at all. They just filled it with air and called it good. I can only hope that other Les Schwabs are not like the one I visited.
My expectations were pretty low after going to a different shop to get my brakes looked at and get my parking brake fixed. Les Schwab treated me right.
Had a tire on my car that was going flat every other day. Stopped in here after work, without an appointment, and they had it fixed in just over an hour. Also didn't charge me for the repair. Great guys here.
