Jiffy Lube

I had a crisis about 1.5wk ago w/ my oil drain plug being stripped so I called Jiffy Lube Black lake Blvd and explained my situation. Without hesitation and with much confidence they said they'd help take care of my issue. If I could give this team more than five stars it still wouldn't be enough. They were kind, they explained things in a way that made sense and definitely went above and beyond my expectation. You can tell this isn't just work for them, they want to make a difference and help out and that they did. I want to give a big shout out to the amazing team that helped me in my time of frustration. Thank you too the moon and back guys-Geoff, Edwin, Cody, Cole, and Chris. We live in lacey and even brought my husbands car to the WS to this Jiffy lube for an oil change because they were so amazing. I was stranded! I called around and tried to find a mechanic that would work with me with my engine that wouldn't start. I called Jiffy because they were so friendly and helpful when I came in for a tire rotation last week. Nate was able to get my van running through a thorough diagnostic check. Thank you so much!
