The mechanic named Jeremy is very kind and always helpful for me. If you stop for gas, you can get your oil topped off etc...because they are probably the only full service station around Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater area.

This company was contacted by my insurance company to tow my disabled car stuck on the freeway late at night. They were over 40 minutes later than the eta and I called the company directly to inquire how long they might be as my insurer provided their contact info. I spoke with someone and just to give a heads up let them know of my unique situation to better prepare the driver for how they might need to tow me. Clearly the info was not relayed to the driver, because once he finally showed up he said no we won't do that kind of tow for my insurer. But told me if I wanted to pay them directly they would tow the car. They had the ability but obviously use people's needs to scam for more money. So i was left in the cold and possible danger for another hour and a half. Use this company at your own risk.

Needed a tow and after repeated refusals through our insurance for other companies they picked us up and towed our car home. Nice couple who didn’t mind just driving along in silence or interacting with us to pass the 1.5 hour road trip we were all on together! Highly recommended! Service: Car towing
