I was a stranger in town and leaving the next day to drive cross-country with my Army Reserve daughter to deliver her for extended training. Mike thoroughly diagnosed the air conditioning problem and went the full mile to help us out. - great team

Much longer back story that also goes into this one star review but realistically all that's needed is this, I asked them to do a transmission fluid change. They did not do it and said no it's fine its fine it doesnt need it. I was suspicious as the car had 120k miled so I asked another shop. They confirmed that this is old, black, most likely original transmission fluid. Do not take your car here for a diagnosis, clearly they don't actually perform the service. Edit: no record of my visit, so add poor record keeping to the list as well

Solid team here that has gone above and beyond, in my opinion. I've had my vehicles in several times, and Mike has always been very helpful, thorough, and communicative. Any issues I may have had were handled professionally and courteously. Most recently, after having significant work done on my 2005 Silverado (transfer case and other work) and 2013 Suburban (water pump and other work), we drove both rigs from Washington to Alaska - pulling max loads for both rigs - with zero issues. I credit Mike and the Crew at Gary's Point S for that success. One thing that I greatly appreciate of Mike and the crew here is the no-nonsense, professional assessment of issues (or in some cases, non-issues) that I brought to them. From my experience, if it's not an issue, Mike will not beat around the bush or act like it is; rather offer his professional, courteous opinion.
