Great service - got a quote on a Monday and repairs done to perfection a week later. Very responsive and professional operation. Other places did not seem very business oriented. One body shop looked at the damage and said I would have a quote by the end of the day - never heard from them. Another said I needed an appointment just to check out the situation. Grand Central treated me right.

My teen daughter had her first accident causing some front end damage which needed repair for her to safely drive. We live on Whidbey Island and unfortunately, due to staffing shortages, the local body shops were completely booked for over 6 weeks out. Because she needed a car for her summer job, I started searching the surrounding area and came across Skagit Grand Collision. I was initially greeted by Bao and was provided professional and friendly customer service and understanding of the situation. Not only were they able to get me seen right away for an estimate, but they also were able to work me into the schedule for nearly immediate repair. Francisco kept me informed and made regular calls for updates. I was able to pick up her car in less than a week! The work was fantastic. Took my car in after a front-end accident. I was on a somewhat pressed timeline because I had to travel for work. They were very communicative, did everything in a timley manner, worked with my insurance, and everything looked great when it was done. Will absolutely be coming back if I need anything else done.
