I was iffy about bringing my Cadillac to a jiffy lube after reading bad reviews but the did an amazing job got me in quick and got me out quicker Nick seemed overwhelmed training employees and working at the same time he even apologized for being slow he thought service should have been faster but they did excellent work I care about my car and I want whoever is working on it to care I felt like they did that and more. Thank you guys!
Was just there and got an oil change. I told them all I want is an oil change. High pressure sales. They did the old sludge under cap need to sell you a cleaner. Removed my air cleaner and I need one of those and so on. I told them again all I need is an oil change. So that's all they did in the end. Brought me out an unreadable receipt which I attached. The email isn't even mine. In the end my oil change cost me $95.71. I felt like I just got ripped off since I only pay just over half of that elsewhere! Service: Oil change
Nic, the manager, and his crew were great. They addressed a serious problem with my Acura (that Pep Boys on riverside neglected) and gave me a helpful course of action to fixing the problem. Service: Oil change
