I couldn't be happier! 100000/10 recommend. I'm not from this area and we moved here bc my husband had military orders here. I had a bad experience somewhere else in Mt Vernon, so my friends recommended me to come to Premier instead. This will be our go-to place until we move again. :) I just needed some routine maintenance. Based on my experience I will say Premier has integrity and they are honest and kind people. They did not upsell or rip me off in ways a dealership would. They took the time to explain everything clearly. They even let me have some coffee!!! Thanks for being rockstars. BLUF: I recommend going somewhere else if you can. I've experienced nothing but frustration ever since I had work done here which must not have been performed correctly, then got the second-degree when I asked them to make things right, which was ultimately fruitless. I'm taking my vehicle to the dealer to get the work done correctly, which is I guess what I get for wanting to support local business.

I drove to Mount Vernon from Canada for a family vacation. My front right brake calipers seized 2 days before we were supposed to go home. Brought my car to this auto repair shop. Mechanic told me that the brake calipers, brake pads and rotors on both front wheels need to be replaced at the same time even though the left side looked fine and it was just changed less than 2 years ago. I felt pressured into getting both sides done. He gave me an estimate of just over $800. He also discovered that the driveshaft was failing. He told me to get it repaired immediately, otherwise the car is unsafe to drive at high speeds. He did not have all the parts needed to complete the repairs that day, so I picked up the car to drive it back to my Airbnb. He charged me just over $1700, which included a prepayment for the driveshaft repair even though he did not do any work on it yet. He should have given me an invoice of no more than 110% of the initial estimate and provided me with a new estimate for
