Les Schwab Tire Center

The morning I was heading out on a 2000 mile trip across the country, I noticed I had a tire low. Not taking any chances, I stopped into Les Schwab. The people there were awesome from the moment I walked in the door, but the honorable mention really goes to Ryan Harvey. He physically showed me and talked me through what was going on with the tire, and while understanding I was from Minnesota and there was little chance I would be a repeat customer, gave me the best options available in the time I had. He knew more about tires than anyone I've ever met and when he finished up with my repairs, I had no worries or anxiety over taking the truck on my trip. He definitely went above and beyond to make it a great experience. I wish we had Les Schwab Tire Centers in Minnesota because they are the best I've seen.

I showed up right before closing time on my way home from work. I called ahead because my car was making funny sounds and thought my breaks were going out. Turned out my tires were severely worn and unsafe to drive on. Originally was told they would only have time for an inspection, these guys offered to swap them out for me when they realized the severity of the tires. Very happy for such a great group of people to ensure I had a working and SAFE vehicle to get me home. Awesome crew and I will be returning.

Had a flat tire on an a farm implement, took it to West side store. Turns out it was a truck tire that was recapped and stuck on the implement before we got it. They usually have some in stocks but alot of farms have similar equip with similar tires. They were able to get one in overnight and we were up and going. Good service by the staff.
