Friendly and honest. Took my car for an estimate. They straight up told me it may not be worth it to fix. They even gave me suggestions of other vehicles that are reliable and may fit my lifestyle. They were happy to fix it if I wanted to. But suggested against it.
Had a appointment scheduled for a Volvo . They decided to cancel me after i had a conversation with male owner. He was very condescending. Basically said that " coolant is coolant" as I need specific coolant for my aluminum radiator and should never mix with a different coolant.i voiced that his statement is not true.he was instantly defensive and rude. To question if I was to have the camseals replaced along with other components while replacing timing belt seemed to be too much for him. Puffed chest , false pride. This is where if a bad choice is made then customer will always be at fault. Lady was decent and I didn't meet any of the mechanics. Anyways, low and behold, they cancelled my appointment due to being "shorthanded".lmao. it's ok to admit that when it comes to euro cars you may be limited on knowledge.????
I had them work on my diesel truck, is more expensive than I thought it would be I ended up paying out $1,700 to get a water pump changed and a couple pulleys put on and they put a couple sensors on I mean I don't feel like I got ripped off I just feel as a little expensive but they are a good shot they did the quality work
