Fix Auto Mount Vernon

My car was in a fire incident and this place had the soonest availability. After picking up my car, my passenger door wouldn't lock and I had to leave my car for another day. Was told they would reimburse me for gas when I went to pick it up again and haven't heard anything in six months, except for an email asking me to complete a survey. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Fix Auto in Mount Vernon was the only shop in a fifty mile radius that was willing to schedule my vehicle for a damage assessment. I called at least 30 shops and no one would take a tow-in, which was understandable given the post-pandemic challenges. Joel and Heidi were flexible and understanding regarding the difficult situation I found myself in. Their generous and thoughtful consideration allowed me to get my vehicle in, assessed and resolved within a month while other shops were quoting at least 3 months and many were 5 months out! Joel and Heidi continued to be flexible when the insurance company delayed the delivery of the vehicle. Follow up has been fantastic and I have not had to do anything other than take their phone calls!
