I’m Currently restoring a rare 1967 Japanese classic and had wanted to get my windshield weather stripping installed professionally in my freshly rechromed frame. Because I will be putting the car in shows once done I didn’t feel comfortable attempting the install myself. I wanted the weather stripping cut and installed properly so it looked perfect. So I took a NOS very rare OEM weatherstripping kit that took me a lot of work to accrue through over a year watching eBay (OEM NOS is not cheap and very rare for these cars) I dropped off the windshield and parts to have installed and talked with a worker that said he could do it. After almost a month of them having the windshield They called and ivwent to pick it up and i inspected it upon returning home and was far from happy with the absolute poor quality of the work. I couldn’t believe it, The rubber is Bulging out in places and Corner ends are all over lapping or too short. The corners are all supposed to be cut at an angle like a pic
