One star review goes out to the Asian manager who decided to upsell me an anti-sieze by saying that it's recommended to use with NGK spark plugs. When you go to the NGK website, it specifically says not to use anti-sieze with their products. When the want to upsell outweighs the want to be helpful - we end up with this fine establishment.
Been coming here with my father and Grandfather for years. The workers are unique. Friendly, and nice. Could use better improvement on communication between consumer and store. This store has slowly been on a decline for sometime but for now not all is lost. For now I will pay extra and head to Napa!
Everyone was very helpful, was be able to solve my problem. The place look clean and well organized. It was busy when I were there but they still happy to help around. I definitely will be back.
