I had a loaner from CARTER VW, had a huge rock crash into the windshield. The windshield had to be a factory, VW, windshield to replace the factory original. They got it in a day and installed it the same day, no clean up for me in the inside of the car, and the tech took the car to a car wash to finalize the install. How can you go wrong with that?
