VC Collision Repair - Quality Service

Very great people and staff. Had an Escalade in an accident the vehicle was totaled but they made it run like new. Replaced the frame and cut out and welded in a new quarter panel along with painting and door replacement, all within a week. Very professional and communicative. Prices were very clear and every dollar accounted for in the invoice. After being back a couple times they even offered some some services at no cost. Very thankful to have this shop. Both vehicles from the auction and brought it to the shop. Then when I came back I was surprised; work was 100% done People try to make a quality I'm happy :)

I had drove my car to this company for a diagnostic on what was wrong with my car. They told me it'll be $125.00. I said ok. They said the engine is too bad and they can't tell me what's wrong. They also did not advice me that they don't do mechanical work on cars , AFTER I had already paid the $125.00 I woul not of even brought my car their let alone had them lift it up if I had known they don't do mechanical work. They told me I can't start my car on their property as it was leaking transmission fluid (it did not leak when I drove it) so I needed to get it towed. This all happened about 4pm. I couldn't get a tow till the next day about 4pm. VC called me that morning said I ow them 85$ for leaving my car over night and they will tow it off their property at noon if I don't tow it before then. They did not advise me of an over night fee. They did not advise me they don't do mechanical work they also did not advise me their limit of knowledge for a diagnostic. Rate this company-0. Will
