I had a minor accident that introduced me to Service King collision. The body damage was minimal almost tiny but the mechanical was major. I was concerned that a place known for auto "body" would not be as focused on the mechanical repairs as the looks. My worries were put to rest as my beautiful truck looks and drives like new. The mechanical and the cosmetic repairs are perfect. They kept me very informed and answered all my questions in a timely fashion. I am extreamly pleased with all the communication and the 1st rate repair. I also want to add that the Enterprise car rental, one door over, went above and beyond to provide me with a nice vehicle and it made dropping off the rental and picking up my truck quick and easy. I scheduled an appointment at this location multiple months out. They sent me a confirmation message the day prior to the appointment. When I arrived with my vehicle, they turned me away, saying I hadn't scheduled the correct appointment. Zero compassion or empathy. If I could give zero stars, I would.
