Always seems like these folks, all NAPA stores from VA to LA to Wa, got to know you or something before you get good assistance. If you already know what you want with the exact factory or OEM part number and don't mind the prices you're good to go. If you need to talk about it stick to Google and the other chain stores.
These guys were awesome. Super knowledgeable on my Bronco and we’re easy to talk to. I forgot to grab their names but one was pretty dang tall with a brown beard and the other was around 5’11” with short dark hair. Definitely converted me to a NAPA customer.
Best parts store ever!!! The people actually know about working on cars and trucks and won't sell you stuff that you don't need. Always helpful and looking to save you money
