Over the phone, I was told by the rep to use express service for my outback's 24k mile check up. When I went there, I was told that the wait time is 4+ hours. It took about an hour to get there from my home and I was a bit upset. The folks at express service were sorry and honest about the situation. They were nice which is the reason I gave it two stars instead of one. They didn't have a loaner so I had to turn around and go home. I'd blame it on the management. It needs to warn the customer that wait time may be very long and making an appointment is always advised. Service: Vehicle Inspection

Purchased a pr- owned vehicle that was not thoroughly inspected before delivery. We had to schedule a service appointment after only 1 week. After the appointment the vehicle has a flat tire and is missing body panel clips. Three weeks and still waiting for a copy of warranty coverage paperwork.
