Bud's Auto Repair & Transmission

I was worried about my transmission failing, took it in to Bud’s because of reviews and recommendations. Worried I would have to replace it, they diagnosed the problem and fixed it without having to replace the transmission. Found some other issues that should be dealt with but wasn’t pushy about getting them done now. They were more concerned about me recouping the bill I did have. Steve was very friendly and knowledgeable and as I said earlier wasn’t pushy. They will be my go to shop from now on! Services: Transmission, Oil change

Worst customer service and will take you for a ride financially….. Steve lies, diverts questions and is more concerned about getting every cent sucked out of the job, then being helpful and understanding towards your needs and situation. My mother-in-law had problems starting her car and Bud’s Auto Repair managed to talk her into all kinds of additional repairs after getting the car to run. Billed her for a 120 point inspection she did not ask for which is ridiculous as the car must run to do the inspection properly - which was all she asked for and wanted. Sharks - is the only way to describe this shop. Stay away and spend your money elsewhere. Besides the confrontational attitude and false information given, all they care about is billing you as much as they possibly can. In particular if you are an elderly person. Steve should be ashamed! First off customer service ????. My 92 jeep xj was to the point it would barely run. These guys got me in a few weeks later and did not disappoint. They diagnosed my problems and immediately called me to explain the situation after a 15 min conversation we agreed to go ahead and get the work done. A week later I was told my jeep was done. I went to pick it up and let me tell you it runs smoother than a Swiss watch I mean for a 31 year old jeep it's unreal what these guys did to it. If your reading any negative reviews I highly doubt it was in any way this companies fault. Thank you guys again for fixing my beater with a heater.????
