I've gone here now for 3 different vehicle's tires and there's a reason I've come back. The front end staff is THE MOST considerate and helpful I've worked with and the installers do a great job. Cannot recommend them enough, customer for life.
I have been bringing my vehicles to big o since they opened years ago. Last fall we had car issue after issue & found that the service, work and team was lacking causing bigger issues & more expense then originally expected & quoted. Fast forward to my last 2 visits. After a change of management, I walked out completely satisfied with services rendered. Hopefully this is a change back in the right direction for this amazing shop!! Thanks Big O team for faith restored!!
These guys never disappoint. This is the second time I’ve come to them with an emergency, and the second time they’ve fixed me up, no worries, no waiting, and didn’t even charge me a dime.
