NOVUS Glass of Kirkland

We had a window smashed while parked in Seattle. They stay late to get it fixed that day. The window whistled a little so they replaced the glass with something thicker for no cost. They got me right in when everyone else were booked out a month, the front desk lady Pumi Davis was super nice and helpful got me all set up and they did excellent work replacing my rear window. Making a bad experience someone broke my window into a positive making it easy for me and let me know it will be fine they will fix it. Much apricate good work and friendly customer service. Called at 8:30am on Tuesday 04/25/23. Was asked for my vehicle information so they could contact Jeep to find out the exact windshield glass I had. Never followed up with a call. My windshield glass was repaired by another auto glass shop who has far better customer service than Novus. Will follow up with my employer who referred me over to Novus to let them know not to return here. Lost a potential customer.
