Historically they have provided great service. I have been going here for my Mazda servicing needs since 2017. However, recently their customer service has gotten worse. I lost the lug nut lock key so went to the service center to have the custom lug nut replaced with regular one so I won't get stuck when there is a flat tire. I did not make an appointment but I called them before I went. The person on the phone said that it takes less than 5 minutes to replace the lug nuts and that I could pay for the replacement lug nuts at the service center. I confirmed that they had them in stock. I arrived at the service center 1.75 hours before they close. The person at the service center who received me seemed very frustrated that I did not make an appointment. He then said that he does not have time to look for replace lug nuts as it was "almost" closing time. I reminded that they still had more than 1.5 hours left before their official close time and I could wait if they had other pressing th
