Services: Oil change; external and internal filter change; rear differential fluid replacement Long story: Went to a different Jiffy Lube location and was informed they didn’t have the oil for my car. Next day, I called the Totem Lake location to see if they had it and Brian picked up. He was so kind and friendly even though he was the only one in the shop that morning as three employees called out sick. And he told me they had plenty of the necessary supplies for my oil change, to drive on over and he will take care of the rest! Went in for an oil change. Was gonna have it done at the Toyota Service dept but there was a 3 to 4 hour wait. I drove across the street to Jiffy Lube, got right in, searched successfully for a $20 coupon on my iPhone and 20 minutes later, I was on the road again, mission accomplished. The technician also offered to check my cabin filter behind the glove box. I didn't know a filter existed in there! It was filthy and he replaced it. They people were absolutely amazing! They did a great job on my vehicle, and customer service was outstanding. Everyone in there seems to be working very hears to do a great job for their customers and it shows through and I greatly appreciate the service they provided me with. Services: Battery, Oil change
