Amazing service. Diagnostics technician, went on a drive with me and explained exactly how the transmission works and what it was doing. Provided thorough recommendations on what to do and how to handle a vehicle on warranty and not on warranty. Would come back. Would recommend friends and strangers alike to come here for any transmission work.
Didn't wind up needing work from them but Tony was so helpful (and the recommendation that led me there was so strong) I'm confident in giving them 5 *
I was having a puzzling problem with my car, and had gone through 3 mechanics and several car buddies trying to figure out what the problem was. Another shop suggested it could be the transmission and recommended I talk to Tony. Tony told me to drop in, and went for a drive with me. He had a tough time at first, but asked all the right questions, and called it. Treated it like a fun puzzle and looked genuinely joyful once he figured it out. Was a brake problem, not transmission. I took it to another shop to fix, and my car drives like new. Amazing, friendly, helpful service. Service: Vehicle Inspection
