Puget Sound Alignment

Came here because I was referred by a family friend, read nothing but great reviews. Arrived at scheduled appointment and the gentleman working was the only one there, being the daughter of a mechanic I know the difficulty of running a shop alone. I was very impressed by the great customer service, he made sure my son and I were comfortable while we waited and even showed me documents proving his efforts on my alignment. I would definitely recommend this place, and wouldn’t go anywhere else for any alignment needs in the future.

These guys are legit. I worked mostly with Mark but Lonny was respectful too. Mark was hardworking, honest and thorough. And most importantly he kept it real. He took the time to communicate with me about different ideas for solutions to my vehicle problems and since the work he did, my 'ol rig is running good as new. I appreciate the way they did business. Will definitely be a return customer. Thanks again Mark, you guys keep up the good work. And GO HAWKS
