Very down to Earth business. I called about a high quote I got from 360 Automotive, and they questioned it. Professional about it all, and didn’t bad mouth the company. But they did offer me to go to their business and get a quote from them. I did just that, and these people went above and beyond. In depth pictures, explanation of everything, with a price! I can go on and on about this location, with how good they are. But I’ll leave it up to others to assess, so I’m not rambling on and on. Thank you Tri-Cities Auto for your time!

The oil change was fine and the overall report of my truck was excellent. Your technicians recommended new fuel filters, air filter, and coolant tank. The quote for those was WAY out of line! $1,113.79 including tax. I purchased the items myself and completed the repairs for $135.00! It took me less than 3 hours to complete these. I believe your labor rates (time associated) were way out of line. Thanks Service: Oil change
