I feel I was treated very well, they are honest and I got quality work performed on my car. This is the only shop I will be recommending to friends. As a woman it is very hard to find a shop to take us seriously even if we do have knowledge on cars. I knew exactly what was wrong with my car since I was the one that broke it. I had pictures and videos of the damage to my fuel line but both Ford and another shop blew me off and gave me a date they could diagnose it and had no interest in looking at pictures. A friend recommended this shop so I went to give it a try but expected the same response. Tyler greeted me and was actually happy that I had pictures. Immediately he looked up the part and confirmed with me we were looking at the same thing and offered to order it if I was wanting to schedule an appointment to bring my car in. The best part was that it was at least a week sooner than the other shops to even begin to look at the issue.
