Jiffy Lube

I took my car to Jiffy Lube prior to a car trip for an oil change. They completed that and inspected for other safety issues. They took care of a couple other items and I felt comfortable that my car would perform well on my trip. Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Battery, Oil change

Over 80 bucks and they don't tighten the skid plate. It came off less than 2 miles from the shop. I had to wait 30 to 45 minutes on the side of the road and while they came to assist me, no offer to refund or discount. Not even an apology. That's not cool. I accidentally called a different Jiffy Lube when it first happened and the lady there was 10 times nicer and more apologetic than these guys. TERRIBLE To be honest I don't even know what they did to get the thing back on. When we got back to the shop it took them about 20 minutes. I'm going to have to go to another mechanic to make sure it was done properly. In the meantime I've got to head back to Oregon via the freeway and I feel very uncomfortable. This is BS EDIT: In all fairness, the guys were relatively nice guys. I BLAME JL! Poorly trained and overpriced.
