This Firestone location has been nothing short of helpful and honest. I had to get tires replaced due to a tear in the sidewall and was really concerned with cost. They did their best to work with me on that. I take my car here for all my regular maintenance work too and have never felt upcharged or anything. Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change
Dude was cool about but someone made my appointment without checking their schedule amd cost me a day of work because no electrical people were here to fix it.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Had an appointment at 1200 to get a simple oil change. Now 1 1/2 hours later, they still don't have my car on the rack. No explanation, no apology. Guess I will be writing corporate on this one. Service: Oil change
