Sergio was great, I used him twice for different vehicles and he was very helpful and either early or punctual to his appointment with us. It was great finding a person that can come out. One was a battery fix and the other was an AC. It was great not paying a tow truck to move my car to a shop. He did diagnostics and repair. If there was something he couldn't do, he would be very knowledgeable about the problem so we can go to the right place and tell the mechanic there what exactly was needed. Sergio rescued us after our truck decided to quit on our way through Kennewick to home. He showed up within an hour and diagnosed the issue, grabbed the parts and got it fixed and back on the road to get home! The price was great and we really appreciated his good humor in a stressful situation. I’d called several mechanics shops but nobody had time to help us. Evergreen was my 6th call and Sergio said he’d meet us where we were at and he took good care of us! Don’t hesitate to use him! I just wish he lived near us for any future car issues.
