Had needed repairs done on cooling system. In the process another problem arose. Bottom line, is they fixed the problem, with extensive time involved, without additional costs. They really couldn't tell me if it could have been their fault, or just something else went wrong. These guys are honest and trustworthy, and would recommend anybody with a Toyota product, take it to Genesis. They will treat you right. Used them for 20 years. I've been taking our early 2000s Toyota Sienna to Genesis since I purchased it used in 2020. This team knows their stuff and are extremely professional. While not the cheapest in town, I have zero hesitations paying the crew at Genesis to keep my family's vehicle on the road.
