Had needed repairs done on cooling system. In the process another problem arose. Bottom line, is they fixed the problem, with extensive time involved, without additional costs. They really couldn't tell me if it could have been their fault, or just something else went wrong. These guys are honest and trustworthy, and would recommend anybody with a Toyota product, take it to Genesis. They will treat you right. Used them for 20 years. Competent, reasonably priced, and incredibly honest. What more could you ask for in a mechanic?

This is the only shop I go to for my car (they only work on Toyota and Lexus vehicles). They are very good about fixing only what needs to be fixed and are very thorough on their checkups, too. They were the only shop to work on a Lexus in the Tri-Cities when I first started going there. I did some comparison shopping later and they were the lowest price (compared four shops, including the dealership). They are very personable, too!
